Shipping Policy

BlastGate.com uses PostNL as it's freight forwarder.  At this moment we do not support other options for practical reasons.  

Orders that arrive before 15:00 hours (Amsterdam time zone) on working days are shipped the same day provided that we have the products on stock.

Shipments are send with track & trace. We send you the track & trace information as soon as we have it available so that you can track your package.

Upon delivery at your delivery address the freight forwarder will ask for a signature for receipt so that we can verify the package is actually delivered.

Express deliveries

If you have an urgent delivery please contact us by email on info@blastgate.com or by using the contactform on our website so we can arrange for a different delivery option.

Missing shipment

If for some reason your shipment is missing please first check the track & trace information on the website of PostNL (www.postnl.nl). If this does not give you any information than please contact us by email. We will respond to you within one business day.
