• Reduce health hazard

Dust extraction only at active machines results in less dust for workers

  • Save Energy

Only run Dust Collector when needed. Shuts off automatically.

  • Maximize dust collection

Optimized under- pressure at machine level & no more leaking dampers

  • Higher efficiency

No more manually opening and closing gates

The SHUTR Connect App

No specific technical knowledge is required to install the different components.  No network setup required. Configuration of the components can be done manually with buttons on the components or with the help of the SHUTR Connect™ app that connects through Bluetooth with the controller and visualizes the SHUTR network setup.

The SHUTR app also provides advanced settings for each of the components in the network. Advanced settings on the controller include: switch ON and switch OFF delay, minimum runtime of the dust collector, minimum off time, sensor sensitivity, minimum number of open gates, OTA firmware update, configuration backup and other settings.

  • Remote Control

Remote operation of a (any) machine or dust collector equipped with a magnetic switch or contactor

  • Standalone Electric Sliding damper

Standalone operation of a sliding damper controlled by a switch or potential free contact

  • Fully automated sliding dampers

Comprehensive wireless system for automated sliding dampers controlled by a sensor, remote or switch, and a fully controlled dust collector.
