Wireless electric sliding dampers

SHUTR Gates are fully automated sliding dampers: they can be opened or closed
by means of a wireless Sensor, a potential free contact or by a Remote control.
The SHUTR Controller activates the Dust Collector only when needed.

Simple and flexible installation, no network wires and no compressed air lines needed. And the SHUTR Connect™ App let’s you easily configure the system.

Plug and play

No specific technical knowledge is required to install the different components.  No network setup required. Configuration with the SHUTR Connect™ app that connects through Bluetooth with the controller and visualizes the SHUTR network setup.

The SHUTR app also provides advanced settings for each of the components in the network. Settings on the controller include: switch ON and switch OFF delay, minimum runtime dust collector, minimum off time, sensor sensitivity, minimum number open gates, minimum airflow, OTA firmware update, configuration backup and more.

Use cases

  • Remote Controlled Dust Collector

    Remote operation of a dust collector by one or more remote(s) or sensor(s). The dust collector has a magnetic switch or contactor that is operated by the SHUTR Controller.

  • Standalone electric sliding damper

    Standalone operation of a sliding damper controlled by a switch or potential free contact.

  • Sensor activated electric sliding damper

    Standalone damper activated by a wireless sensor which is clamped on to the power cable of a machine. Installed in minutes, configured with the SHUTR Connect app (Sensor+ option).

  • Automated sliding damper(s)

    Small wireless network up to 4 dampers/sensors, maximum of 8 components (Sensor+ option).

    No dust collector control.

  • Integrate electro pneumatic sliding dampers

    The Sensor XR/EP (NEW!), clamped on to the power cable of a machine, directly controls an EP sliding damper. Automated dust collector activation if used in combination with the SHUTR controller.
